Cincinnati is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cincinnati follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The two front desk women were very rude and judgmental, particularly, about a medicaid patient. They set up a lot of gatekeeping(referrals and requirements to get seen quickly) to get seen and get a problem taken care of and they do nothing to hide their disdain of you. I also see they have very low reviews here, and it is clear why.

I recently visited Dr. Olivieriβs office for a tooth extraction and tooth implant consultation. Dr. Olivieri and her entire staff were the best: every question and concern answered and addressed with care and thoughtfulness. Dr. Olivieri listened to me, and discussed my procedure, aftercare, and options with a candidness I appreciated. My procedure was performed smoothly, and the whole office staff were efficient and kind, and made my overall experience better. I would highly recommend Dr. Olivieri and her excellent team to everyone!

If I could give ZERO I would! My bestfriend got her wisdom teeth removed here and ofc when you undergo a procedure the medical staff ask you your medication list. It was WELL KNOWN my friend was on a medication for her bladder the doctors prescribe her Oxycodone knowing damn well you canβt mix the 2 medicines together. My friend had to be rushed to the Emergency Room tonight over this places mess up. I understand mistakes happen but this isnβt just something that you accidentally mess up. They very well couldβve killed my bestfriend, itβs THEIR job to provide the correct care for people and they FAILED!

Ok let's start with the fact I was extremely nervous anxious and scared, But I was completely confident in the capabilities of the doctors/dentist/dental assistants at this location. I had previously experienced the care this location offered as I had a wisdom tooth removed a few years prior to this visit. This visit would include the removal of the remainder 3 wisdom teeth. Yes I was nervous elevated heart rate and all. The nurse called my name and I realized it was now time. I asked the nurse about how many shots I would have to get in order to start the process. She was very compassionate and calm and informed me that a total of 6 shots to prepare the areas around the teeth would be needed...and if any additional shots were needed I would not feel them and my God she was right. The dwntist/doctor entered the room accompanied by a student who was there simply for observation purposes I mean let's be honest this is how students learn...from watching the greatest do their job! The dentist/doctor greeted me and was assured me that I was in great hands and folks he was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to have. After he administered the shots I was completely numb and so t
